hello all......

just finished up with the cleanse.....but forgot to do the morning Epsom Salts mixture....did I mess up ????...Is that last batch the one that really gets the stones flowing out ???

totally forgot...and now it is like noon......had a good cleanse though.....this morning had odd/tan, light colored feces...with gooey material...and tiny stones, I think.....will give it a couple of weeks...and do it again.....I definitely feel lighter..and I haven;t done a twenty-four hour fast in over a year anyway....so thumbs up for now, anyway........

Suggestion..I hold my nostrils when I quaff the Epsom and water...plus I throw some orange flavored Metamucil and a spot of grapefruit juice in it....I figure a little fiber flowing through will not help....I hold my nose...and then gun a glas of room temp Gatorade, swishing it as I go, and almost no after-taste......
