for the first time in a year, after being on medications to arrest my high blood pressure, my blood pressure was 120/90 when it was taken just last monday, 21 april. for the past year, even with the medication, it was always 140/90, 140/100, etc. i believe it's because of the flush and a reform in my diet. i'm looking forward to the time when my doctor will tell me, "i'm going to take you off your medications for hypertension now."
