I really want to try it but afraid of attacks after cleasing



Why be afraid of attacks after cleansing? You are going to keep having them unless you do a flush. Only a very small percentage have attacks during or after a flush, but you can take epsom mixed with water to help ease the pain. Try Hulda Clark 's flush located on the cleansing section under liver cleanse/flush. In my opinion, it's the easiest and fastest one. I would do one as soon as possible if I were you.
