Hi there:

Take baking soda(sodium bicarbonate)and 3 or 4 drops of Grapefruit seed extract(GSE) mix with water and wash your genital hairs 3 times a day. Grapefruit seed extract is a very potent antibacterial and antifungicidal. Use cotton panties. Change your diet.

This will get rid of your smell, but you have a serious problem. You must clean your colon, liver, gallbladder and your blood. In this site you can learn a lot about.

When you wash your cloth in your machine, add to the final rinse 8 drops of Grapefruit seed extract per loads until you heal from this condition. In some hospital use 10 drops of Grapefruit-Seed-Extract per load to kill bacterias, fungus, etc. It's excellent.
