You may be getting more stones than you think. Next time you might try counting every one. At least count down to the buckwheat-sized ones.

I understand your wish to speed things up, but I would tough it out if possible and keep it down to one flush per week. Having improvement that lasts only three days is very common. Having done 13 flushes already (if I remember correctly) tells me that you may have a lot of stones still up there. Some folks have tried more OO/GFJ to get more productivity, although I'm not sure what the health effects of this might be. Same ratio as before, up to 2 cups OO. If you decide to try this, you might want to step it up only 1/2 cup OO (Olive-Oil) each flush to see what happens.
