It's been 3 days since my last flush and I'm ready to do another one.
Would it be safe to flush again so soon?
I'm worried that I may develop a laxative dependancy (from the Epsom Salts ).

I've done about 13 flushes so far. Initially I did one every two weeks, and then one every week, but the number of stones that I'm getting out is not decreasing. I've found that a coffee enema before I take the olive oil and grapefruit juice mixture helps me to 'bounce back' quicker, but I still start to feel terrible about three days after a flush and want to do another one.

Can anyone give me some advice?
