So...you're doing another Liver Flush tonight? You don't have to be worried about taking Epsom Salts because you've taken a lot of liquids. Liquids don't make you have diarrea. You've taken some sort of other laxative?

Well, why don't you just take 1/2 tbsp of Epsom Salts to help open the ducts, 2 hours before you take your olive oil/grapefruit mix. You don't need to have diarrea the night before, just open the ducts.

Then, in the morning do your usual Epsom Salts .
