HEY TRACEY!!!

AM doing my third flush this weekend. I spend all Saturday drinking only lemonade with cayenne pepper...do not eat...trying to do a liter lemonade and a liter water within three hou periods...GOD I am Ready to Float away into the Ozone/Ether!!!...
I have not taken the Epsom Salts on Saturday (just that crummy bottled laxative that has NOT at all the effect the Epsom Salts ). After drinking all the liquids today I am WORRIED about taking the Epsom Salts Today. Should I TRY? Or is it OK to wait until Morning's two doses???
