I don't have my url's with me (different computer)...but if you go to the Bowel Forum Archive and click on 'recommended messages' you should be able to find a post titled: PTree's Famous Posts (on Bentonite and psyllium drinks) You can search those three words on the curezone search engine, too.

It's just Bentonite and psyllium drinks...can't get any simpler!
