Actually, I got a colonic appointment TODAY, and just had my first colon hydrotherapy session! it wasn't very fun, but I don't think I should be very constipated anymore --I hope.

I am so freaked out yet excited for tomorrow night!

I will be sure to keep you all posted! I'm doing a hybrid of the Andreas Mortiz/ Hulda Clark flush.

I'm following all of Andreas' preparation guidelines: Vegetarian diet six day beforhand, Gold coing grass/malic acid, colonic. But I am using only lemon juice --which is actually neither of those two's techniques, and I am taking Ornithine at night, which is all Hulda.

So wish me luck! If I live through it I will be sure to post my results!
