Hi there!

I've got to be quick and I'm not at my home computer with all my bookmarked url's...but like Yemaya suggested, I think you could benefits, of course, by doing all the cleanses...but also by doing special baths. I have url's of a Bentonite bath and ginger/ Epsom Salts bath...both which will help to drawn toxins out through your skin. Maybe if you search on curezone's search engine you will find the posts that I don't have at my finger tips!

I'll be back on Sunday with my url's (how I miss them! so handy)

That's great that netav has first hand experience to share with you...no need to keep sweating as much as you do...cleanse out those toxins!
