Fred -- thanks so much.

I read your links and settled on Country Life's Choline/Inositol/Pantothenic acid mixture. As it happens I'm allergic to alfalfa. I'll pick up some lecithin next week per Choline Plus.

Hopefully I'll be cool in six months. Meanwhile, I'll keep on a flushin'.
