Everything you are saying about grains and other starches point right to candida overgrowth. You should check out the candida board here at curezone.

Just in case you don't know what candida is, it is the yeast that is in our intestines, it is normally balanced by good bacterias in our intestines unless we do something to upset that balance. Antibiotics will upset the balance by killing good bacteria, birth control pills, cholorinated water, a diet high in Sugar are among a variety of things that can upset our intestinal balance. When the yeast takes over it spreads out of the intestine and into our blood stream and then into other parts of our bodies.
