well i did the flush along with a couple coffee enemas throughout the day (they sure make me feel clearer no matter what, but i do love my coffee!)

...this is the first time i slept through the nite like a baby...with only 1 cap of ornithine and 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts . i slept in this morning and my energy has been lower then the other times i flushed...but i've had no bm. nothing, not even gurgling. however my eyesight is better. i've had a feeling for a while now that my liver has been affecting my sight...which gets better and worse here and there.
it's clear today!!! now excuse me as i have to attend to some bathroom business! ;-)
