Hi there! There are soooo many choices!

I prefer the 3Day whole organic Apple Fast...where you just drink alot of warm water throughout the day and eat apples 6-10 whenever you're hungry. It reeeally detoxifies you, though! There's a chance of a headache! I haven't done the apple juice fast.

Butterfly has had great success with the 'classic coke' flush. And I use the Hulda Clark Liver Flush.

*I just use less Epsom Salts at night and drink more water up until the ES drink*
