Essentially, this is what I did:
Days one and two I drank three quarts of apple juice (frozen concentrate) from 8am to 6pm.
Day two I drank 3 oz magnesium citrate at 3pm and 3 oz at 6pm.
I also drank 8oz of olive oil w/ about 6 oz of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice between 7:45 and 8pm.
*I fasted the whole time, (no food or water)
Day three I drank 2 oz of magnesium citrate and a couple oz water at 7:30am.

The results at 8am:
Lots of cloudy, brownish water with small brown clumps.

It is now 10:07am.

I was expecting green stones and what have you. I know that I have a gall stone in there; tests last May revealed such.

What do you think?
