Alright! That's awesome! I also noticed yesterday and today that my skin is improving, too... I've been getting pimples on and off for about 13 years... since I was 12... they range from the really big, painful ones to smaller ones that go away as soon as I squeeze them, as well as black heads and clogged pores. Yesterday I notcied that all the clogged pores around my nose have disappeared! The rest of my skin feels unusually soft as well! This is after a 10-day Master-Cleanse and three liver flushes, as well as eliminating refined sugar/white flour/processed & fried foods... I'm trying to follow a high raw diet as well and so far it really seems to be working! I have more energy than usual (today I even woke up before my boyfriend, which is rare!) and my emotions have been much more positive. I think I've released a lot of anger as well.

I am just so delighted at all these positive changes in me, and I owe so much to you and this site for the information and inspiration to cleanse myself! In the past few years I've quit all of my 'addictions': caffeine, cigarettes, meat, dairy, prescription drugs (including antidepressants), and other recreational drugs, as well as a negative outlook! I am so proud of myself and proud that my health is continuing to improve because I took the initiative to improve it.
