Psyllium and Bentonite shakes!!!
one teaspoon of psyllium powdered husks and two teaspoons ( one tablespoon) of the liquid entonite...
I do the P and Bs at 3 to four hour intervals...after the flush next day at 3 hour intervals and after couple days back to four hour intervals. So that I am doing 5 a day and then an average of 4 per day is good for me...Keeps the Bentonite and psyllium Always in your system...
