Sheldon,

I am starting your program today. I am 28 and have had UC since I was 25. I got to the point you did of having really bad diahrea and bleeding. I was near the point of transfusion last summer. Then I got on a new diet and took some steroids. I got off the steroids and stayed with the diet. Basically it is the same diet you are advocating. That worked well for a while no bleeding, 3 movements a day. Now my issue is bleeding and constipation. So, I am trying the E enema. My quesion is does the procedure differ at all if you are constipated. Should I increase my fiber if I am already pretty bound up or should I reduce it. Would love to hear your thoughts.
