Food digestion consists of many simultaneous processes involving many millions of cells.Some functioning fully others not.I am sure many digestive processes are not fully understood.Guessing the cause of a result is interesting but the only thing that counts is the RESULT from a carefully recorded diet.The foods you mentioned I only used soy milk with out any problem.Remember my colon is healed.
The other foods should be tried only after your colon is healed and one food at a time.One wrong food can cause colon irritation and delay healing.
