I truly wish it were that "obvious". It took me 10 years and a book to figure that out and, unfortunately, most with IBD don't know it. That's why you and I need to spread the word!!!

I will disagree with you about the red meat. That's one of the foods that I can count on to make me normal. Then, again, everyone's system is different.
