Actually, red meat is fine. Just about any type of meat is fine (i.e. chicken, turkey, bacon, all red meat). Dairy is tolerated by some. Personally, I eat alot of meats and vegetables. Since I can't have fructose (fruit), I take plenty of vitamin C. Most other foods are on experimental basis. My system is very sensitive. I'm certainly not a salesman, but I recommend purchasing the book to get a total description of Dr. Gibbons miracle. It describes the medical reasons for our disease and gives the foods that are well tolerated.
It's too bad that many of the responses I get from people on this website are somewhat negative. This has truly worked for me and I wanted to share. I hope it works for you!!!
