Hello, Rain.
Your experience is absolutely extraordinary! It is my (bizarre) dream to pass mucoid plaque like that. i have a history of constipation and need a thorough cleansing. I am on day 7 of The Master Cleanser fast. I am following it to a tee, but pass only very, VERY aqueous movements. What was the program you followed?
When you do the p&b shakes, do you fast as well or eat regularly???
