Congrats on your successes. I am at work and have felt bloated and crappy (no pun intended) all day. My upper right side hurt for an hour or so and I thought it was my gallbladder, though I haven't had gall pain in many months since my first liver flush.

After probably my 8th trip to the bathroom I finally had a bowel movement, but this one wouldn't break off so I had to pull it out! (yuk I know, but it's the truth and that's what we're all here for, right?) Rubbery and about 8 inches long, this was nothing like any movements I've had before. I'm on day 3 of p&b shakes.

YAY! I honestly thought I wouldn't produce anything, but deep down, I'm kind of glad I'm seeing something. What more adventures do my bowels have in store for me???
