Where do I start? Vitamin E does wonders for healing burned skin, whether thats applicable to inflamed intestines is questionable. Vitamin E is certainly not recommended for placing on open wounds, its a blood thinner, which increases bleeding. And if I were to make a recommendation for a single food which must be avoided, it would be all dairy products.
