Hi all!

I'm now four days into my P&B shakes, and I'm constipated to the hilt. The right side of my stomach feels achy like there's lots of waste residing in that one spot... even my back is starting to hurt. I know it's not gallbladder pain because I've got calcified Gallstones and know that pain.

I'm pretty sure I started taking too many P&B shakes to start with. Though I tried to compensate this with drinking up to 4 litres of water a day! But obviously it isn't working...

Tomorrow I'm booked in for a colonic. I was wondering whether giving myself a enema tonight would reduce the success of a colonic tomorrow?

And if I do an enema - which one should I do? Coffee? Distilled water? Salt?
