I have done the b&p intestinal cleanse for about 50 days total (not consecutively)...and sometimes I had wine, sure! I still got out mucoid plaque.

Fit it in however you can...then after cleansing and seeing what comes out you're diet and habits may change for the better! (a couple of beers isn't going to hurt anybody, in my opinion) - although wine is better for you!
