I started the P & B shakes on wednesday, I havent realy had any
normal movements since. Ive been taking coffee enemas to help detox liver, that helps relive a little pressure and that helps a wee bit.This morning while out shopping,I had a horrible pain just under my right ribcage. It lasted abour 5 minutes, then disapeared.
I thought maybe something was getting ready to happen, but 8 hours later.\, still no BM even after another enema. Not sure what else to do or if Im doing something wrong.
