I have had flu like symptoms including chills after taking Bentonite which I believe are due to the realease of toxins.

I am on week 2 of my cleanse and went off of Bentonite for 2 days due to constipation. When I took my shake after the 2 day break I got chills and dizzyness. I soaked in a hot tub and was amazed that the goose bumps remained for 15 minutes in the warm water.

I plan on staying well hydrated to help my body pass excess toxins. Some souces advice to reduce treatment if symptoms become too extreme.
