ok... day 25 on my P&B shakes... today my bm was strange. seemed i had gas all day & felt like if i pass it i would have a bm... had a few bm's and each one was thick, light, floaty... it wasn't watery more me consistancy of whipped topping & floated on the water... like one lightweight mass. anyone know what may have caused this? each time i had the bm i felt a kind of urgency like when you take a laxative. i bought some probiotics to add to my cleanse. i've heard to go on & do it & i heard to wait till Bowel Cleanse was over...but figured it cant hurt. anyone know what i can do if i have another day like today? what to do about the gas too?
