Reading the recommended doses I have realized that I was taking too much Psylium and Bentonite. That’s why I was so constipated.!!!

I have been more successful taking the Holistic Horizons Program because I have been more careful about the doses.

Maybe if I would have paid more attention to the doses using Psylium and Bentonite I would have saved a lot of money, discomfort and time!!!.

More is not better. Please take the lower recommended doses. Keep on that doses several days. (4 at least). If you feel it is working increase the number of shakes ( no the number of teaspoon per shake). A gentle program is much better.

Drink a lot of WARM water. Eat fruits and vegetables….No sodas or junk food!
