I've been trying to do 3 shakes a day but my schedule don't always allow it so I only got 3 shakes a day in maybe 3 times within a week...mostly 2 a day.

Water intake is at least 6 20oz bottles a day.

And how could I forget?.... I've just started dry skin brushing.
