Hi Hunny bee...if you're having at least one bowel movement a day while taking the b&p's morning and night...you can add a 3rd b&p in the middle of the day on an empty stomach.

Yup, sounds like everything's good~! I think the Bentonite will last quite a long time. Haven't heard of it going mouldy.
