yes, i'm a Dr. Schulze believer :)

i have used a number of his products for over a year now, and they are all great!

i weigh about 130lbs max, and i was drinking over a gallon of water a day while on the IF#2 program. that's plenty, right? maybe its because i wasn't up to 2-3 bm's per day before i started the cleanse, which is what he recommends, now that i look back over the literature... i will try it again, once i get myself really regular...

have you done his detox or kidney-bladder cleanse? i have them both, but am waiting until i complete a proper bowel cleanse.
