Zule...that's great news! It makes such a difference when you can see the mucoid plaque, doesn't it? I'm glad you finally got some! Sounds like the Holistic Horizons is really working for you. (I think I'm going to have to try the HH sometime, to compare and contrast)

Oh and that's great about losing weight while cleansing, too! It's all coming together...
