Yep ...sounds like detox feelings, just listen to your body, and adjust if need be.

I just decided to do it ALL at once ... for as long as God gives me the power. So far Day 23 ... I think! I think doing ALL 3 at the same time kinda helps each program or makes them work easier with each other. But ... it's a chunk ... and not everyone can do it that way. Myself ... desperate situations require desperate measures ... and thus dramatic results, which are empowering in and of themselves.

So ... we do the best we can do, for as long as we can do. Then take a break ... and do it all again! Till we get to where we are going.
