I have been constipated all of my life. I tried all the things that you mentioned( probably could have improved my diet a little better).

For the past month I have been taking "Experience" mfg by Awareness Products. It is excellent!! My body responded pretty quickly to the product. I went from 3-4 bms a week to 5-6 within 2 weeks time. For a little over a week I have been going at least 1x a day, usually 2x though. It is an incredible product. I highly recommend it!!

This product is rather expensive, but it is worth it! I open the capsules and put the herbs in hot water, to drink like a tea.

Be sure to maintain your water intake, eat properly etc...

Psyllium Seed Husk, Rhubarb Root, Fennel Seed, Cornsilk, King Solomon's Seal and Kelp.
