When I did this a few months ago all I got was 'marbled' looking movements (yellow and light green) My question, how can you tell 'in the moment' if it is a rope or a regular. Do you have to 'poke around?' (I don't think I can do that!) Right now I am doing the candida cleanse with SF 722, so I don't think I can Bowel Cleanse as well. Or can I?
