Hi Beans-n-Greens!

I've been hearing lots and lots of great things about Dr. Schulze 's formulas so they have to be just fine...maybe he just puts in the tiniest tiniest bits of herbal laxatives in order to keep stuff moving? If it's working for you, then I'd stick with it....we all seem to handle ingredients differently!
