Hello,

May I ask if you took Dr. Shultze's Formula 1 although you had cramps? I have just ordered Formula 2, but have heard some people with IBS have tried the Number 1 as well with good results.

Was your problem primarily loose bowel movements or constipation? LOL, sorry, I know you are new so I'm sorry if this sounds intrusive! You'll find a lot of us are ones for details!! ;-)
