Since Katrina I have not been able to successfully send water. Contact charles simon at cmsimon@pacbell.net. I have been using glass.. Charles uses lexan. Ups has smashed shipments since Katrina.. I am in New orleans. Buy the machine and get it over with. You will like it. The greatest notice is with people over 50. Its my guess that folks under 50 don't have as many deteriorating health isssues and don't feel the difference. Nothing wrong with good clean water. good luck. greg
