I don’t own one of these machines and I really don’t know how well it does or does not work.

After reading a few of these posts, the one thing I can say is -

Any person and/or company selling a device for $1700.00 should provide excellent customer service, and this simply is not being provided.

I would like to have one of these machines based on the performance information, and I have decided not to make the purchase based on very poor customer service.

I think a person with enough intelligence to create and manufacture a machine with these claims would definitely be intelligent enough to provide excellent customer service.
