I appreciate this response from someone who has spoken about the posibility of a right and wrong way to install the machine. With scientific equipment, the way that it is used is often the reason for inaccurate results. I have read this entire line of threads and have concluded that probably all dissatisfactions are real to the actual user of the equipment. As you can see there are several who have had great results. My question is, what about the other 50,000 people who have been very satisfied with the results and not felt obligated to spend their time trying to convince the general public that they made a great decision.

I have been burned a few times on other types of products (like my brand new, fixer-upper Fleetwood factory built home, piece of junk) and have not hesitated to let the world know how not to get ripped off.

My conclusion, let me know if you have a used machine for sale and I will see if I can afford to buy it. Best regards
