I am not questioning the benefit you have derived from the vitamin E enema procedure that you've used...but I CAN tell you that there is no way that this enema reaches the entire length of the colon. I am a colon hydrotherapist and it would take far more water and vitamin E to cover the entire colon. A standard 2 quart enema generally only reaches the sigmoid colon...up the descending colon if you are quite flexible and able to manipulate the water a little higher up. Plus...doing the vitamin E enema after a bowel movement would also not ensure that the colon was cleared out...there is still a considerable amount of fecal material in the colon even after a healthy bowel movement. There have been plenty of times that I've given a colonic to someone just after they've moved their bowels...and half an hour later...and 30 gallons of water...and they're still passing fecal matter!
