Wow! Your story compelled two friends and I to research John E.' product more closely before buying. THANK YOU for saving us a ton of money. John lost at least three sales, with some help from you, but mostly he did it to himself!


**** JOHN'S WEBSITE SPEAKS FOR HIS PRODUCT - "I AM CRAP"


**** SHOW ME THE SCIENCE

The information is fragmented, somewhat illogical, and even irrelevant. Show me where a half-dozen independent labs have documented the increase in purity and "energy".

Why should you have to ask for the scientific substantiation? It should already be provided before the sale. John thinks "scientific" is copies of hand-scratched anecdotes from customers.


**** NO WARRANTY

The order page says, "Since we are the MANUFACTURER, concerned about your health,
we ship ONLY brand new machines and DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS." Huh?

Some retailers don't offer warranties because the manufacturer warrants the product. That's fine. But the manufacturer NOT warranting his own product "since we are the manufacturer."???? That should make you cock an eyebrow.


**** CUSTOM MADE IN SIX DAYS

If it takes "6-7 days to build your electron machine" then there's a big problem. Thousands of sales a year requires an inventory of materials, an assembly line, and a testing and QA process. From the photos of John's machine, I suspect it takes six days to make a machine because John must travel to several auto parts and flea markets to gather the "proper" materials.


**** THIRD PARTY REVIEWS ARE MISSING

The first place I turned was http://www.ConsumerReports.org (to which I subscribe). No mention of John; but great information on water filtering systems, an analysis of public water systems, and an in-depth look at the bottled water industry.


**** 30 YEARS IN BUSINESS

I can see a small business not having online ordering. But after 30 years in business and a website domain registered for eight years now, where is the e-commerce?


**** WHAT IS HE SMOKING?

Could somebody PLEASE tell me what this excerpt from John's "Wonders" page is saying?

"Osmosis in trees and plants STOPS when it's raining and starts again when it's DRY! Using the water to make ordinary ice cubes, though the ENERGY is still there, it only expresses itself, and osmosis only occurs, when it's not raining. Water processed TRULY nature's way (God's way if you will) is "programmed" to respond this way. This is the water our Lord and nature wants you to have!"

If so, thanks. :) I’m flattered. I got rolling on this message instead of my MBA paper on international business. If you are a happy customer - good for you. Maybe it was John's machine that helped you; maybe it was other changes you were making at the same time; and maybe, just maybe, it was the power of your mind and spirit to make a change.
