I am new to this post so I am just learning about the water stuff, but your symptoms sound like heavy metal toxicity. I am going through that currently and had anxiety, deprression , and sleep disturbances and an internal vibrating feeling with trembling as well. mercury causes this. i know you will get to the bottom of it. drinking alot of water helps and you have to do cleanses.
