I've been told that EW helps with Depression and it will help with all your other problems too.
You must be using a good quality saucepan. A couple of my neighbours report the same thing happening. Don't hold it for so long that's all. Did you test the water? If so, and it's energized you don't have to energize any more - a small amount will energize a larger amount so all you have to do is top when you're running low. Pat.
