I had another thought. Do you take Vitamin C? This could be the cause of your problem.

The acid in Vit.C can iritate the lining of the intestinal tract and cause all kinds of problems for some people. If you are, I suggest that you stop for a couple of weeks and see if you get better. It would be a week before you notice any difference, so don't get impatient.

EW will help with inflammation, but you really need to get to the root of the problem. It's worth a try anyway. Keep drinking EW in the meantime. It will help.
