Put some water into a nuetralized container such as a milk bottle and test it with a styrofoam ball. It will test nuetral.

Then put the water into an enameled saucepan and energize it according to the instructions. When you test it again you will find that it is energized.

Putting the wires directly into the water doesn't work. I tried that first.

It can't be my liking for water that is making a difference to my health (and the health of so many others) because I don't particulaly like water. In fact it only took one glass to make a noticable difference to health and I only drink one glass a day now that I'm OK.
