Just a quick note that this doesnt cure everybody.

Yes, I have read it too, and it apparently it can help (dont know about cure if it comes back when you quit).

In me though, I get instaneous stomach cramps from smoking. Plus, like another person said, it can cause cancer, and a whole host of other bad diseases.
I know that anything is better than colitis at this point, but if you want a healthier way of beating the disease, i`d say go with the SCD diet.

in the 3 years ive had this, its the only real successful bandaid for this disease. I hesitate to call it a cure since you cant really stay in remission without the diet. But it has stopped all symptoms in me and my friends.
